Conference E-Science-Tage
The E-Science-Tage is an interdisciplinary conference series held in Heidelberg and centered around the topics of research data management and Open Science. This biennial conference focuses on the long-term, sustainable and transparent availability and accessibility of data as well as the technologies that enable successful and future-proof research data management.
High-performance infrastructures, systems and tools play an important role in safeguarding the storage and archiving as well as the management and backup of research data throughout its lifecycle. The long-term, sustainable and transparent availability and accessibility of data are not only important conditions for quality assurance and interdisciplinary and international cooperation in the research and education community but also for scientific progress.
Conference Volumes
The results of the E-Science-Tage are published in the form of a conference volume, in which the scientific contributions as well as the opening remarks are collected.
