Service Area Support & Service Management

The Support & Service Management (SSM) service area offers comprehensive support services for all Computing Centre users.

This includes the operation of the IT Service and associated IT Service Point in the Computing Centre. Our on-site service provides IT support at workstations in participating institutes and facilities.

Services

  • Operation of the IT Service for first-level support of URZ users by email, telephone and video chat
  • Operation of the IT Service Point in the URZ for personal assistance
  • On-site service at participating institutes and facilities for IT support directly at your workplace
