How-to Set-up Email Forwarding in SOGo
In the following how-to, you will receive a step-by-step guide on how to set up email forwarding in the SOGo web interface.
1. Sign in on the SOGo web interface with your access data (Uni ID/project number and password).

2. Click on the cog symbol on the upper left to open Preferences.

3. In the left column, click on "Mail."

4. Click on the "Forward" tab. Check the box next to "Forward incoming messages."
5. Enter the email address to which you would like your emails forwarded. Employees may only forward their emails to another Heidelberg University email address.
Check the box next to "Always forward." You can choose to save a copy of the forwarded messages in your SOGo inbox by checking the box next to "Keep a copy."

6. Finally, click on the “Save” symbol on the upper right.
