How-to Book a Room in Outlook (Desktop app)
The following how-to describes how to make a room booking in the Outlook desktop app.
1. Click on the Calendar icon.

2. All your appointments are displayed in the window that opens. Click on the “New appointment” button.

3. Click on the “Location” button below.

4. Select the desired room.
5. Double-click on the selected room.
6. Click on the “OK” button.

7. Enter a title, the time and the date on which the event will take place and add all participants. Then click on the “Send” button.

8. You will receive an e-mail confirming your room booking.

Note
It may happen that the room booking is rejected because the room has already been booked by another person. In this case, you will receive the corresponding notification by e-mail.
