How-to Book a Room in Outlook (Desktop app)
The following how-to describes how to make a room booking in the Outlook desktop app.
1. Click on the Calendar icon.

2. All of your appointments will be displayed in the window that opens. Click on "New event."

3. Click on "Location" below.

4. Select the desired room.
5. Double-click on the selected room.
6. Click "OK."

7. Create a title and enter the date and time when the event will take place. Then add any participants.
Click "Send."

8. You will receive a confirmation via email stating that the room booking has been accepted.

It is possible that the room booking will decline because the room has already been booked. In this case, you will receive a corresponding notification via email.
