The university's digital personnel management system, based on HIS eG software, facilitates the flexible collection and management of personnel data.
HIS‑SVA can be used to:

- Digitally transmit relevant data to the Landesamt für Besoldung und Versorgung,
- Perform processes for creating statistical data and reports.
