The Central Office is the main service point for internal and external URZ business processes.
It supports the directors as well as the service areas and departments of the University Computing Centre in all administrative and organizational matters.
- Procurement, contracts and accounting, budget planning, personnel and material budgets, controlling
- Personnel administration, travel and work time management
- Closing of license contracts for the university, issuing licenses, consultation
- Supporting Heidelberg University's central purchasing body with the processing of computing purchase requests and tenders for hardware and software.
