Service AreaSupport & Service Management

The Support & Service Management (SSM) service area offers comprehensive support services for all Computing Centre users.

This includes the operation of the IT Service and associated IT Service Points in the Computing Centre and University Library. Our on-site service provides IT support at workstations in participating institutes and facilities.
