Service Announcement - 17 November 2023Renewal of the “cr-ma” router on 5.12. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, the "cr-ma" router for the "Mannheim" area will be replaced. Between 10:00 and 14:00, there will be several, but ideally very short, outages of the connections and networks connected to it. All services used via the network will be affected, in particular in-house networks, WLAN, Voice-over-IP, URZ server access, name services and Internet access.

Please contact your IT representative or IT Service if services do not work again in the afternoon or work differently than in the morning.
