16. March 2023 - Service AnnouncementOTRS Ticket System limited to within the university network as of Thursday, 16.03.2023

In order to increase security, access to the OTRS ticket system of the University Computing Centre will be restricted to within the university network as of Thursday, 16.03.2023.
From then on, an active VPN connection will be required for access from outside the university network.
