28 August 2023 – PrintingMobile Printing on Campus: MyPrint Replacing EveryonePrint
At many locations on the University campus, public multifunction Ricoh devices are available for printing, copying and scanning. The public copying and printing system has an integrated printing solution that enables mobile printing. From 24-28 August 2023, Ricoh will replace its previous service for mobile printing, EveryonePrint, with myPrint.uni-heidelberg.de.
Using the linked portal myPrint.uni-heidelberg.de you can send print jobs from your mobile devices (computer, smartphone, etc.) to the central print server. The print jobs can be printed within 24 hours at a publicly installed Ricoh multifunction device (MFG).
Different name, same service: Ricoh MyPrint is replacing EveryonePrint
Besides the new look and the new name of the printing portal, little will change for you - anyone with a Uni ID or project number can still submit a print job from a PC or a mobile device via the Ricoh MyPrint web portal, then use their username to log in to a public Ricoh multifunction device (MFG) on campus and print their documents. This allows for flexible printing without having to carry a USB flash drive. You can pay with your student ID or Studierendenwerk CampusCard.
