16 October 2024 - Software and Applications MindManager Now Available: New Tool for Visualization and Planning
Through the URZ, all employees can now order and use the MindManager software to create mind maps, diagrams, processes, or plans.
New for Employees: MindManager Academic Suite License
With MindManager, you can visualize and organize information by structuring and displaying it in a clear and graphics-based format. This supports better understanding, facilitates transparent communication and promotes efficient task and knowledge management. The central functions include:
• Mind maps
• Diagrams of all kinds
• Kanban boards
• Organigrams
• Timelines and timetables
Ordering & Period of Use: The Most Important Information
Employees can purchase and receive personal rental licenses (Named User Licenses) for the MindManager Academic Suite by using the linked order form (login via Uni ID). The licenses are currently valid from 10.09. of one year until 09.09. of the following year; the licenses are always issued for the entire (remaining) term of the contractual year. Please inform the IT representative of your institute prior to ordering your license.
The provision of the software for students is also on the cards and is currently under review.
