The workflows and processes in the administration of the standard e-mail account (Cyrus) for agents have now been harmonized.

1. In the future, additional e-mail aliases can be set up via ticket in IT Service.
2. Forwarding is only possible by the owner of the account.
3. Lists can be provided via listserv or directly in SOGo. Migration of legacy Cyrus Mail Administration lists is possible, please email IT Service for more information.
