How-To Exchange: Share your calendar
The following instructions describe how to share the calendar on an Apple device.
1. Launch Outlook on your Apple device and click on the calendar icon on the left.

2. Right-click on “My Calendars”. Then select the “Properties...” option.

3. In the Properties window, switch to the “Permissions” tab.

4. Click the “+” button to add a person to the share.

5. Add the desired user.

6. Click “Done” to complete the sharing process.
