The university is introducing the new campus management system, Heidelberg Campus Online (heiCO). In the future, heiCO will manage all administrative processes of a student's university education from application and acceptance to study programs to graduation. The previous systems (HIS modules, LSF, Sign-up etc.) will be phased out.

Where do I get a certificate of enrollment for the BAföG Office?

Whether it is for your health insurance, your employer or the BAföG office, you can easily and quickly download your certificates in LSF. To do this, select "My Functions" > "Administration of study" > "Study reports for all terms".
In this area, you can find your master data sheet as well as your certificates of study for each semester in German, English and for § 9 BAföG.

I need to register for a course. Where can I see whether I got into the course?
If you have to enroll in courses in your subject in LSF, you will find the results of this enrollment after the end of the registration period under "My functions" > "My Reports" > "Lectures". When you do this, it is important that your LSF is in the correct semester (indicated on the upper right). Any courses that do not require registration can be independently added to the timetable. To do this, select a course and check the box below the schedule overview "Mark this date for prebooking into the personal timetable [...]" and confirm this action by clicking on "Prebooking the dates marked in the list". Don't forget to save the schedule each time that you add a course (next to "Personal Timetable" > "save schedule").

You can choose to display your timetable according to your preferences under "View options" and download it as a PDF ("Print (PDF)").
