New provider for server certificates

Since 30.12.2022, our previous provider (DFN) no longer issues server certificates.
From now on, certificates will be obtained from the DFN-Verein via the TCS (Trusted Certificate Services) service of the European research network GÉANT and made available by the service provider Sectigo.
