IT applications to facilitate scholarship management

The Computing Centre supports the University through the use of APTE NG software for handling the application process for the Deutschlandstipendium and the Hans-Peter Wild Talent Scholarships. A database application has been developed for the Graduate Academy for managing scholarships in accordance with the Landesgraduiertenförderungsgesetz

  • Students and admitted applicants (Portal DSTIP)
  • Highly qualified student applicants for the first semester of a bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field (Portal HPW)
  • Doctoral candidates (Portal LGFG)
  • Employees of Department 8.2 Donor Relations and Guesthouses, Graduate Academy (input and maintenance)

Access and Requirements

The services are used to assist in the application processes for the Deutschlandstipendium, the Hans-Peter Wild Talent Scholarships and the Landesgraduiertenförderung. Students and doctoral candidates who would like to apply for these scholarships can find more information on the websites of the relevant departments. Access for employees in the departments responsible for scholarship applications are determined on an individual basis.
