The new framework agreement for the use of administrative printers and multifunction devices for students is now in place. The contract partners remain the same.

Work is underway to ensure a seamless transition from one contract to another.

For the changeover to the new printing devices to go smoothly, replacement devices must be ordered in a timely manner. Otherwise, the multifunction devices and printers will be picked up in July. Since the new framework agreement takes effect at the beginning of the month, our team's email address is currently overloaded, and our colleagues are already working at full capacity. “The ordering process is underway, and orders have now been received for about half of the administrative devices,” reports Rolf Bogus from the Core Technologies & Collaboration Services (CTCS) service unit.
