Mobile phones and contracts for work

Mobile phone contracts (work mobile phone contracts) at Heidelberg University are concluded centrally by the University Computing Centre. By taking part in a framework agreement, we are able to ensure that financial resources are used more cost-effectively.

We make mobile contracts for calls, data and text messaging, manage the contracts until their termination. We also keep you informed of any changes.

The acquisition of mobile devices (cell phones, smartphones, tablets) is to be carried out in accordance with the University's procurement guidelines.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information, for details of the contract conditions, or for questions regarding your bill. If necessary, we can also contact our framework agreement partners.
