Service announcement - March 06, 2026 Display malfunction in heiCO

After an update of the heiCO platform yesterday morning (5 March 2026), the appearance of heiCO may not conform to the expected standard depending on the device being used (smartphone, computer, etc.). In particular, the home page is affected. Further issues have also been reported with the personalisation of the design and contrast settings; in these cases the colour scheme may differ. A solution is already being worked on with high priority.
